Active coupling agent is organic compound, effective chelant,
containing abundant hydroxyl, carboxyl, amine group, and other
active groups. It is special for specific type of surface modifier,
which is the very cost effective rheological additive.

Usage:
1. Provide active component, accelerate chelating for pigments and
fillers, increase dispersiveness of pigment and fillers. Reduce
dosage of resin, pigment and metal powder.
2. Accelerate the flowing, increasing the surface’s luster and
richness of coating surface
3. Eliminate the crater and pinhole caused by materials’
inter-compatibility, resins’ unevenly distribution, or poor
dispersion by extruder screw
4. good weathering resistance, that is good for increasing the
coating surface’s saltfog resistance and water resistance.
5. Increase coverage of powder, raise anti-static property
6. Reduce dosage of matting agent, leveling agent, gloss enhancing
agent, benzoin and other additives by 10%-20%, no need to add
antistatic agent, lubricant or other modifier agent for coating
surface.
